Negotiation Scenarios

Throughout the programme, we use real world scenarios for the delegates to work with, testing their negotiation processes and learning how to implement them effectively.

We role play each of the scenarios, helping the delegates to cement these skills, understand where the difficult areas lie and how a customer might react and to ensure they are properly prepared for real negotiations.
