Building a Coaching Programme

  • How to create an effective coaching programme.

  • What key elements do you need to assess?

  • How do you assess and feedback on sales observations.

  • Creating a consistent skills measurement framework.

  • Developing the coaching programme from the skills measurement framework.

  • Measuring the impact of the coaching programme.

The delegates will create an action plan for the implementation of their new skills and techniques at the end of the course. This plan will be shared with their management, to ensure an effective follow up of the programme is completed.

 

Course Length

 

Our Coaching and Mentoring Training Course can be tailored to the needs of your business. Typically, we run it over 1 day, with up to 15 delegates attending, however, a longer version is available, building in more practice time and enhancing the outcome.
